Cozumel's Coldwell Banker headquarters are located in the town of San Miguel, Cozumel Island, Mexican Caribbean. Operated and owned by Fernando Heredia Molina.
Fernando has lived in Cozumel for more than two decades. During this time he founded Cozumel Houses, the first Property Management Company on the Island. With his dedication to provide the best service possible, he and his devoted staff set standards which the Property Management Industry still operates on the Island today.
Through this type of dedication Fernando's personal strive for excellence, earned reputation second to none. 


Love for Cozumel and desire to give back to his Community, he devotes more of his efforts as former of the
Cozumel Rotary Club, President of Diabetis Foundation and life owner of Cozumel's Coldwell Banker and Real Estate.
